Acquisitions, Renovations and Repositions
Veritas focuses on acquiring Core+ and Value-Add multifamily communities across the greater Sunbelt region. In-house construction management allows for greater cost control, maximizing the return on dollars spent.

Development
The Veritas development platform is focused on identifying and delivering high-quality residential projects ranging from traditional workforce housing communities to Single-Family Rental (SFR) communities. Veritas has over 25 years of multifamily development experience that covers all aspects of the development lifecycle including: site selection, diligence, underwriting, feasibility, design and permitting.
Veritas is hands on throughout the entire process provides for strong cost controls while delivering high-quality, resident focused designs.
